Welcoming activities for incoming students and vibrant interactions among Korean studies students
On October 14, students majoring in Korean studies at Ba Ria – Vung Tau University arranged a warm welcome event for incoming students at Ngoc Tuoc Book Cafe.
The 2nd and 3rd year students had organized a friendly and warm gathering to enable the 2K4 students, who chose Korean studies, feel bolder and more confident in the process of learning as well as engaging in the Faculty’s and School’s activities.
Lecturers and students of Korean studies major took part in the exchange. They got the chance to taste traditional Korean food, experience the traditional costume of the land of kimchi – Hanbok – and, most importantly, learn about Korea, the nation whose language they chose to study.
Notwithstanding their shyness, the new students responded passionately and enthusiastically. They earned numerous lovely items throughout the exchange, in addition to the responses that were packed with humor.
The meeting ended, and they might miss this moment. It is assured that throughout their time at BVU, a variety of beneficial learning, experience, and exchange activities will be arranged for them.
Students, let’s study and experience together!
