BVU One-stop unit

Experiencing relevant administrative services at BVU in an easy, accessible, and effective manner. Ensuring that administrative processes are processed as soon as possible.

INTRODUCTION

I. OBJECTIVE, REQUIREMENT

1. Objective

a) Creating ideal circumstances for students to interact and obtain information, as well as conducting administrative operations relating to the institution’s units.

b) Increasing publicity, professionalism, and eventually digitizing all student administration operations.

2. Requirement

a) The work-handling process for students under the one-stop service mechanism must be implemented consistently and synchronously, with tight coordination between functional units, and under the supervision and direction of administrators.

b) Administrative procedures, processes, needed documentation, and the period to return results for the institution to approve and publicize to students are announced by functional units.

c) All administrative processes in the trial will be conducted online (or in person). Students arrive at the one-stop unit at the scheduled time to obtain their results.

II. CONTENT:

Training activities – Student activities – Youth Union, Young Organization, club activities – Extracurricular activities and tuition expenses – Political and social endeavors, etc.

III. ORGANIZATIONAL IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS

Step 1: Receiving the request.

Step 2: Verifying and implementing.

Step 3: Providing feedback and saving files.

DETAILED CONTENT

Borrowing classrooms, the hall

Guideline: Students submit the request form at the one-stop unit (with confirmation from the leader of the related faculty) → The Administrative and Human Resources Department verifies the usage history of the classrooms and the hall → The one-stop unit notifies the students the results.

Dorm registration

Guideline: Students enter the one-stop unit to submit a request → The dorm management board inspects → The results are announced via the one-stop unit, and students come to the dormitory to make payment procedures and check in.

Union activities

Guideline: Students submit the request form at one-stop unit → The university youth union processes the request → one-stop unit announces and returns the results to the students.

Academic review, quit, gap year

Guideline: Students submit required documents at the one-stop unit → related faculty → Training Management and Quality Assurance Department make decision and submit to the Rector → one-stop unit announces the results to the students.
