In the afternoon of Sep 22, 2022, Assoc. Prof, Dr., Lawyer. Nguyen Thi Hoai Phuong – BVU’s principal and the delegation of Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training visited and worked with the US Agency for International Development (USAID) in the United States.

The conference’s primary components include strengthening collaboration with USAID; fostering collaboration and implementation of USAID technical assistance projects for MOET for the period 2023-2025; promoting USAID cooperation and support in improving the quality of higher education; and awarding MOUs for partnership between USAID and Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training.
At the closing of the conference, Assoc. Prof., Dr., Lawyer. Nguyen Thi Hoai Phuong presented a memento to Ms. Ann Maire – USAID’s Global Deputy Director in charge of Asia Pacific.
