THE FINAL DELIVERY CHALLENGE FOR VIETNAM’S E-TRADE AFTER COVID-19 PANDEMIC

“The Covid-19 epidemic has impacted all elements of socioeconomic life in every nation worldwide. E-commerce is one of the few business areas that could possibly survive and develop throughout the epidemic. In Vietnam, the current pandemic epidemic in the southern area is viewed as a catalyst for greater e-commerce growth. To capitalize on this potential, e-commerce must overcome substantial economic and safety concerns during the epidemic, with last-mile deliveries seen as the most difficult obstacle for e-commerce. The essay discusses prospects for e-commerce in Vietnam during the pandemic, as well as unique problems for last-mile delivery in Vietnam, and offers some solutions for Vietnam’s e-commerce to overcome these challenges.”
