Following a range of activities of the delegation of Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training in the United States, on the morning of September 21, 2022, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Hoai Phuong – Rector of Ba Ria – Vung Tau University had a meeting and worked with the leader of the American Examinations Institute (ETS) at ETS Office. Mr. Bui Thanh Son – Minister led the delegation of Vietnam side; while the ETS side was led by Mr. Amit Sevak – Chief Executive Officer. The primary contents of the conference are as follows: ETS’s worldwide English assessment standard application; English teaching and learning technology applications; supporting the Ministry of Education and Training in improving the quality of English training and conducting an English quality survey; and MOU signing between Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training and ETS.

In addition, on September21,2022, a delegation from Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training met and collaborated with Ms. Sara Kemp, Vice President of Intel Corporation in charge of international government affairs. The meeting’s fundamental parts are assistance for the Ministry of Education and Training in the program “Waves and computers for children”; assistance for the Ministry of Education and Training on digital transformation in education; partnership with the Ministry of Education and Training in the field of education; and signing an MOU cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Training and Intel Corporation.
