On the morning of June 17, 2023, at the Auditorium of Campus 1, Ba Ria – Vung Tau University organized training on the task of supervising the examination process for the High School Graduation Examination 2023 for 30 officers and lecturers participating in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Speaking at the conference, Vice Rector Le Van Toan shared that in the past years, the university has been assigned by the Ministry of Education and Training to participate in the examination supervision teams for the High School Graduation Examination in the southern provinces. BVU staff has consistently fulfilled the tasks and received high praise from the Ministry. The Vice Rector urged every officer and lecturer participating in the supervision teams to always enhance their sense of responsibility, carry out their duties and functions correctly, and strictly adhere to the regulations.”
During the conference, the members participating in the supervision teams were briefed on the Regulations for the High School Graduation Examination 2023, the task of supervising the examination process, watching videos on identifying and detecting high-tech devices that can be used for cheating during the exams, as well as sample videos on the task of supervising the examination process.
Also at the conference, the officers and lecturers engaged in discussions and exchanges regarding relevant issues and shared practical experiences.
At the end of the training program, all participating officers and lecturers successfully completed the examination and met the requirements. BVU is now ready to participate in the examination supervision teams of the Ministry of Education and Training, contributing to the safe and proper conduct of the High School Graduation Examination 2023 in accordance with regulations.
