On the morning of November 19, 2022, Ba Ria – Vung Tau University officially commemorated “The 40th Anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day 20/11” at Hall of Campus 1 – located on 80 Truong Cong Dinh, Ward 3, Vung Tau City.
Attending the celebration of Ba Ria – Vung Tau University were Assoc. Prof., Dr., Lawyer. Nguyen Thi Hoai Phuong – Rector of the University; MSc. Le Van Toan – Vice Rector; all Heads/Deputies of Faculty/Institutes, Divisions, Centers; Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Student Union; all officers, lecturers and employees; representatives of students currently studying at the university.
On behalf of the University’s administrators, Assoc. Prof., Dr., Lawyer. Nguyen Thi Hoai Phuong-Rector of BVU expresses gratitude to all lecturers, employees, students, and students who attended the ceremony. “In the last 16 years, BVU has grown, with coherence, compassion, support, sympathy, and hard effort, in a short time to have a BVU with a new appearance, with the faith of trainees, students, and business associates, and continues to confront many new obstacles and challenges. Nevertheless, with the internal resources that we have preserved and acquired, as well as the support of the leaders of Nguyen Hoang Education Group, the region, partners, and, most importantly, the group’s solidarity and community duty, the BVU faculty and school community is confident in the University’s potential to thrive and triumph in the cause of human progress”, she emphasized.

Regarding Vietnamese tradition of “when drinking water, think of its source” and “respect the teacher, value morality,” November 20 is a chance for students to express their gratitude and appreciation to their instructors.
