Gen Z Students from the Faculty of Languages and International Cultures Are Ready to Begin Their “Workplace Journey”

No longer merely theories confined to the pages of textbooks, the “Enterprise Semester” serves as a real-world stage where BVU students of the 2023 cohort can confidently affirm their identity. This emotional handover ceremony was not simply a formal procedure, but a gateway to the professional world — where these young newcomers bid farewell to the classroom and begin their journey of turning knowledge into real value.

Before earning their internship opportunity, few people realize that students of the Faculty of Languages and International Cultures had already gone through a long and demanding “marathon” of preparation. To secure a three-month internship at reputable organizations, both lecturers and students worked intensively together, preparing even the smallest details — from developing detailed plans as early as April 2026 to building professional scenarios and refining communication skills.
In her opening remarks at the ceremony held on the afternoon of April 24, 2026, M.A. Lam Ngoc Nhu Truc, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Languages and International Cultures, emphasized:

“The Enterprise Semester is not a holiday or a casual excursion. It is 10 credits of growth and maturity. You may enter the enterprise with uncertainty, but you should leave with the mindset and professionalism of a true practitioner.”

This preparation is the answer to concerns about the gap between theory and practice, helping students enhance their chances of securing employment immediately after graduation.

The Significance of Commitment and BVU’s Strategic Vision

The enterprise internship at BVU is not merely a compulsory course; it is a “golden pause” for students to reassess their own capabilities. Its greatest value does not lie in the internship allowance, but in the opportunity to face deadlines, workplace culture, and candid feedback that help sharpen their professional mindset and resilience.

Wishing all students a successful internship and the opportunity to achieve the job position of their dreams.

For BVU, this program is a clear testament to its educational philosophy of “Learning through experience” and its commitment to practice-oriented training. The University serves as a strategic bridge, giving students a significant competitive advantage: gaining real work experience even before receiving their degrees.

The Enterprise Semester is a powerful affirmation that at BVU, education is not only about knowledge, but about shaping individuals who are professionally capable, practically minded, and driven by a strong spirit of ambition and commitment. Wishing the warriors of the 2023 cohort an explosive and successful semester ahead!
