On the morning of April 24, 2026, the Faculty of Technology and Engineering at BVU solemnly held the Ceremony for Handing Over 2023-cohort students to partner enterprises. This was not merely an administrative procedure, but a significant milestone marking the moment when students officially left the classroom behind to step into the real-world dynamics of the labor market.
Attending the program, on the side of strategic partners, were nearly 20 representatives from enterprises receiving students for internships this year in the fields of Automotive Technology, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Construction, and Services.

The Significance of the Enterprise Semester: When Students Begin to Experience the Real World
At BVU, the Enterprise Semester is not merely a final internship. It is a special semester designed for the ninth term, carrying a workload of 10 credits. During this period, students fully immerse themselves in the role of actual employees at corporations, factories, and technology companies.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ph.D. Huynh Van Huy, Acting Vice Dean of the Faculty of Technology and Engineering, shared his heartfelt remarks:
“The graduation internship is a crucial stage that directly influences students’ career orientation. It is not only an opportunity to apply knowledge in practice, but also a chance to build students’ personal image and enhance the University’s reputation in the eyes of enterprises. Students need to comply with discipline, maintain a professional working style, take initiative in learning, be responsible for their work, and especially ensure safety and information confidentiality. A positive attitude and a serious spirit will help you gain trust and open up job opportunities after graduation.”
This is truly a “final test” – not on paper, but in a real working environment.
Students are required to adapt quickly to professional life, from punctuality and compliance with procedures to workplace communication culture. Instead of merely doing simulated assignments, they will directly provide technical support, participate in projects, and handle real issues arising in factories and offices.
Enterprises warmly welcome this young “internal strength.”
The atmosphere of the ceremony became even more heartfelt as firm handshakes were exchanged between the University and its partner enterprises. Student lists were formally handed over, accompanied by great expectations from employers for a generation of young, dynamic, and highly motivated talent.
At the ceremony, representatives of partner enterprises offered students some very direct and practical advice:
“Skills can be further developed, but your work attitude is something each of you must prepare on your own. Do not wait until tasks are assigned before taking action. If you see something you can support, ask and take initiative. A little proactiveness can leave a very strong impression. The secret to a successful internship can be summed up in three words: Proactiveness – Observation – Discipline. Our company is always ready to roll out the red carpet and welcome you as official employees if you can prove your value.”
This connection shows that enterprises are no longer standing outside the educational process; instead, they have become an integral part of it, helping BVU students stay closely connected to the latest technologies and market trends.
Students Ready to Enter the Labor Market
To ensure that these “BVU ambassadors” are equipped with the safest and most professional preparation possible, M.A. Le Hung Phong took time to thoroughly explain the internship regulations. He particularly emphasized the importance of discipline:
“Each student entering an enterprise represents the image of BVU. You must strictly comply with workplace regulations, information confidentiality requirements, and production safety standards. Discipline is freedom — when you are able to master self-discipline, you will earn absolute trust from your supervisors and colleagues.”
In response to those expectations, many students raised questions to the enterprise representatives to better understand what they should do during their internships in order to achieve the best possible results. The enterprise representatives also enthusiastically addressed all of their concerns and warmly welcomed students who are eager to learn, unafraid of making mistakes, and determined to improve every day.
