School of Information Technology - Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Formerly known as the Faculty of IT and Faculty of Electricity & Electronics) was established on 01st March 2017. With experience in teaching, scientific researching and transferring technology in the field of information technology, electricity and electronics for more than 10 years, the School of Information Technology - Electrical and Electronic Engineering is one of the schools having the highest graduate employment rate.

General introduction
School of Tourism – Management - Business with over 10 years of operation (formerly known as Faculty of Economics) is one of the four main schools of Ba Ria - Vung Tau University with the number of students accounting for about 50% total number of BVU students. The school is responsible for training (undergraduate and postgraduate programs) and scientific research in the fields of business administration, accounting and tourism.

School of Maritime Economics and Technology was established after the combination of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering - Construction and the Faculty of Chemistry - Food Technology. The school's mission focuses on training, scientific research and technology transfer on the main areas of technical and marine economy of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province such as Seaport service and Logistics, Environment, Marine Engineering, Seaport Construction, Processing and Aquaculture, High Tech Agriculture...

School of Languages, Cultures and International Relations is responsible for training high quality human resources (masters, bachelors) in the fields of languages and cultures for Ba Ria - Vung Tau province and neighboring areas, creating connection between BVU and other countries through training programs, student exchange programs and international cooperation.
