BVU coordinates with VAFoST to organize the International Conference on Food Technology 2017

In the morning of 18/11/2017, Ba Ria - Vung Tau University work with Vietnam Food Science and Technology Association (VAFoST) to hosted the International Conference on Food Technology 2007. The workshop took place at 1 st floor, 80 Truong Cong Dinh, Ward 3, Vung Tau City.

Ba Ria - Vung Tau University and sponsors: Dai Nam Trading - Production Co., Ltd (Ong Bien); Con Dao Fisheries and Export Company; Vietsovpetro Resort and Ms Sam Thieu Thanh - Director of Dinsen Vietnam Co., Ltd. The seminar attracted many domestic and foreign companies and professors and leading experts in food technology, especially the presence of Prof. Prakash - President of Food Technology 2018 in India and Prof. Luu Duan - Chairman of Asean Food Conference 2017 in Vietnam, Dean of Technology Faculty of Sai Gon University of Technology and Prof. Hoang Van Kiem, Principal of Ba Ria - Vung Tau University expressed his pleasure to welcome distinguished guests, international and Vietnamese scientists. The President introduced Ba Ria - Vung Tau University to the guests and organized the activities accompanying the Asean Food 15th  Conference which affirmed the development of the university in the coming time in line with the trend. International integration of the country in the cause of industrialization and modernization.

This conference is a great opportunity for national and international scientists to discuss important developments in food science and technology research with focusin on product innovation to promote cooperation and ASEAN. In order to, integration to foster food science and technology in each country and throughout the region.
